It’s up to them to follow or not. But do read considering me as your well wisher.I have experience of about 7 yrs of body building. I joined gym when I just gave the 12th class exams & have been fortunate to get instructed from the best coaches of Delhi in body building. My heart aches when I see guys doing exercise with wrong angle with wrong Weight. I would consider my self fortunate if I could provide some valuable tips & training to guys who really want to grow in this field .And college time is the best time to work on the growth of body as there is no much worries to earn . I could also pay more than required attention during those blissful college days but now due to strong responsibilities due to job & time shortage I can’t maintain the same thing. I am a beginner in learning drums. And I share some common tip which I think a Beginner must know about.

  • You should instruct major muscle group first. The bigger muscle group is supported by the minor ones, which tend to tired faster. So if they are taught first the larger muscles will not have the opportunity to get worked out properly.
Here is the sequence must go:
    • The large muscle groups are chest, back and thighs. They must always be done first. If you trained the muscle on same day then it doesn't matter in which order you do it.
    • The minor muscles are the triceps, biceps, calves and shoulders. The shoulders must not be trained before the chest or back. The triceps must not be trained before the chest or shoulders.
    • The biceps must not be trained before the calves and back and must not be trained before the thighs.
    • Not train abs before exercises that require core stability..
  • The best repetition range to put up muscle is 8-15. Use this as your point to how much load you lift. If you get 15 raps then it is too light then you must increase the weight. If you can't get 8 raps then it’s is too heavy and you need to decrease the weight.
  • Make sure your course balanced. Many guys at the gym just consternate on biceps not on other parts of body like chest. This is crazy. The biceps are smaller than the chest, so no need to work hard on biceps. Also keep in mind that the shoulders get worked with the back and chest, the triceps get worked with the chest and shoulders, and the biceps worked with the back.
  • Change your program every 6-8 weeks.
  • Do appropriate Warm Up before starting a Bodybuilding Program.
    • It is important to warm up before starting your bodybuilding plan for two main reasons:
      • It reduces the chances of injury.
      • It will improve your performance.
    • Your warm-up should include the following three components.
      • An aerobic movement raises your body heat and leaves you gently sweating. This should be performed for 5-10 minutes; this can be cycling, treadmill walking, gentle jogging, stepping or rowing.
      • Mobilization of the major joints.
      • Warm-up sets with light weights and high repetitions. Never board on your working sets because your muscles won’t be properly warmed up and there is a chance of injury. Start with 1-2 sets using very light weights, for 15-20 repetitions to warm up the target muscles, ligaments and joints.
      • Your arms, legs etc. are only meant to move in certain ways and directions so watch what you're doing.
      • You must drink water regularly - before, during and after each exercise session. This is also true for any day of the week. It's a good habit to get into.
      • Your clothing in the gym must allow you to move freely and safely.

  • Sound volume is essential. Not noise, not softness; there is a time to be noisy, a time to be soft, a time to be very noisy, and everything in between. Some drummers play loudly over and over again, some, while play too gently. Pay attention to the stability between the drums. And record your band when you play – after that evaluates how you are balancing
  • Practice drums 20 mins in the place of 2 hours. This is a little trick that really works! After 20 minutes, you usually feel motivated to practice much longer anyway. Don’t forget to practice fast tempos. You must be ready when the time comes! Work fast tempos into your drumming practice.
  • Luxurious drum kits will NOT make you a superior drummer!
  • After each drum lesson, go home and practice right away because it's still new in your mind. Otherwise you fail to remember of what you learned.
  • Warm-up before the performance, a short five-or ten-minute warm-up will definitely give your playing an edge. Some of guys feel that warming up is unnecessary but that is totally wrong. In the initial place, especially drums are very physical, and certain elasticity is required to get on them at best efficiency.
  • constantly practice is the solution to learning drums. It will usually not get something down good unless it's repetitive over and over again numerous times.
  • Be your own player. Be an "individual" drummer. try hard to develop your own different style on the drums that will make you exclusive. Do something special; just be different in some way
  • Use resources to help you find more tips. There are lots of large music web sites, and don't fail to notice all the without charge drum lessons on the intranet that help good ideas, techniques and cool drum beats.
  • Put into practice your feet similarly as forceful as your hands. Consider of your feet as if they were another set of hands; they need the same amount of concentration on the drums.
